Welcome to my non-competition wellness log. I figure, at least as long as I'm working from home, it would be a good idea to continue with the habit of sharing my thoughts.

Walk 10,000+ steps.

Drink at least 2 litres of water.

Socialize/talk to someone outside the house (virtually).

Journal three things I'm grateful for.

Read for 30+ minutes.

Exercise the brain for 30+ minutes.

Do 5 minutes of mindful breathing.
