So, that workout from yesterday continues to haunt me. If I cough, it hurts. If I sneeze, it hurts. If I bend over, it hurts. But I can sit at my desk and work, and I can drive the car and bike, so not too bad.
I'm actually on holiday today, so I don't need to be sitting and working, I should be running errands, but it is a cold (for Bermuda) and windy day, and I'm not super inclined to go out. I say that, but, I vastly prefer this weather to 30°C and humid.
