Since this challenge is, among other things, about creating good habits and shaking bad ones, I thought I would try to find some tools (apps) to help with that.
If you search for habits in the various app stored, you will find a bunch, but a couple that stuck out to me were Habitica and Streaks. The former makes your habit forming into a game, an old style RPG to be exact. The latter seems like it might help me keep up my walking routine, particularly since it can tie into the Health app on the phone.
And to continue on the quest for reducing stress (and anxiety), the Sanvello app comes highly praised. I haven't started using it myself, but I might try setting it up this week.
