Even though I am familiar with some of the customs of Good Friday in Bermuda, I am not an avid participant. In the past I used to go to the beach to photograph all of the kites, and in later years I would take my kids to see the same. But only once or twice did I attempt to fly my own kite, again on behest of my kids.
What I'm saying is being stuck at home for Good Friday didn't really put me out.
I even managed to connect with some family members I don't normally get to talk to which was nice.
