This is no joke, at least if it is, it is on me. Today I'm starting a 30 day wellness challenge. I've outlined the details on the index page, so I won't go into it here, but suffice it to say, I'm excited about it. It was pretty much all things I was already doing. Only now I get points for it.

For people looking for a decent way to keep track of your goals in this challenge (or in general), I do recommend the app called Streaks which I've been using to make sure I get my daily 10,000 steps and 30 minutes of exercise for the past several months. I will be updating it to include other elements of this challenge as well.

And, if nothing else, updating this site does give me yet another daily routine that I can embrace, and I do enjoy my routines.

Things I'm grateful for today:

  • Eleventy being so easy to customize
  • Less back pain today
  • Spring break for the kids, so I'm not trying to teach school and do work at the same time

I will be updating this page again at the end of the day, when hopefully I've checked off all my boxes.
